Braised Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Yellow onion, diced
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 Cup Zucchini, diced
- 1/2 Cup Carrot, diced
- 1 1/2 Cup Cooked day-old rice
- 1/3 Cup Margarine
- 1 c Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly
- 1/2 Tbsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Method
- In a wok over medium high heat, sauté onions until translucent. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add rice, making sure to break up any clumps, and mix in the margarine. Cook until rice is nicely browned.
- Mix in Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly and seasonings until well combined.
- Garnish with green onions.
