Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas
- ½ C Red cabbage, shredded
- ¼ C Carrots, shredded
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil (optional)
- ½ Avocado, sliced
- ⅔ C Braised Pork Belly
- Cilantro garnish, chopped
Method
- Heat tortillas on griddle.
- Combine red cabbage, carrots and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.
- Spread Braised Pork Belly on tortillas. Top with vegetable slaw and avocado. Garnish with cilantro.
