Ingredients

  • 4 Tortillas
  • ½ C Red cabbage, shredded
  • ¼ C Carrots, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil (optional)
  • ½ Avocado, sliced
  • ⅔ C Braised Pork Belly
  • Cilantro garnish, chopped

Method

  1. Heat tortillas on griddle.
  2. Combine red cabbage, carrots and sesame oil in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Spread Braised Pork Belly on tortillas. Top with vegetable slaw and avocado. Garnish with cilantro.
