Braised Pork Belly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Yellow onion, diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 Cup Zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot, diced
  • 1 1/2 Cup Cooked day-old rice
  • 1/3 Cup Margarine
  • 1 c Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly
  • 1/2 Tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method

  1. In a wok over medium high heat, sauté onions until translucent. Add the rest of the vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add rice, making sure to break up any clumps, and mix in the margarine. Cook until rice is nicely browned.
  3. Mix in Plant-Based Braised Pork Belly and seasonings until well combined.
  4. Garnish with green onions.
